Booking in for a coaching offering at Pulse Climbing indicates your agreement to the following terms.
Enrolment:
Enrolment into one Youth Clinic course, especially termed Youth Clinics, is a single enrolment and not ongoing. You must book in each term to retain your place. Members must still book to confirm a place in our Youth Clinics. Pulse Climbing strictly adheres to participant limits to maintain safe student-to-instructor ratios. No exceptions will be made.
Payment:
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your booking in Youth Clinic classes. Please take care when booking. No refund of this deposit will be given for cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows. Term payments for Youth Clinic classes are charged as a term package, not broken into week-by-week payments.
No-shows to classes:
Missed classes are considered forfeit. Our team of coaches take great pride in thoroughly preparing for the day and your sessions. If your child/ren is/are unable to attend your Youth Clinic session please email your relevant Pulse gym within 24-hours of the session and if available, the Facility Manager may arrange a make-up class for that week. Make-up classes are subject to availability. Notice must be given in the form of a written email to your relevant facility.
No punch passes or casual visits will be offered in lieu of missed classes. No partial refund will be offered for missed classes throughout the term. If for some reason your coach does not show up for your session, your child may still climb during the session time for no additional cost, or alternatively a casual visit pass may be offered at the Facility Manager’s discretion.
Late arrivals:
If your child/ren arrive/s late to your session, it will still finish at the prearranged time, and no partial refund or alternative casual visit passes will be offered.

Any instances of misbehaviour will result in a verbal warning and potential removal from the class in question for the remainder of the session. Records of misbehaviour may be taken, and parents will be made aware of the behaviour in question after the session concludes. In some instances, participants may be asked to leave the class at the discretion of the Facility Manager if the behaviour is deemed unsafe, dangerous, abusive or bullying in nature. The student may be asked not to return to future Youth Clinics at Pulse Climbing. For all other instances of misbehaviour, we have a maximum 3-warning and/or timeout policy, and any students that exceed this amount will be asked to leave the class.
